		<description>Steve, thanks for your input.  As with any profession, there are people who do very well and those who are just out to make a buck.  That's why I posted that entry - to let people know about some of the tricks that bad recruiters use.  That being said, there are many recruiters out there who are highly ethical and excellent at what they do, so I wouldn't let your experience with one of the bad apples taint your view of everyone in the industry.

		<description>I would not recommend to anyone to hire a head hunter. I hired one who called me out of the blue--a franchise of Management Recuiters Intl--I needed a new business person. So they brought me "C" vs "A" people and used monster to find them. They pressured me into hiring this person, called me everyday-never let me alone--vultures. Will never do this again. I got a feeling if did not hire this person they would recruit my employees.Advice-do it yourself because I will.
