How to use bragging rights to find work
Whenever possible, get in the habit of collecting letters of recommendation from past employers, co-workers and personal references. This will speed up your closing out a new position. How impressive is it to present a collection of accolades upon request towards a perspective employer? VERY! This tells the interviewer that you are sure of your work performance and have the bragging rights to prove it.
